Mortgage Brokers Act
Under the authority of subsection 3(1) of the Mortgage Brokers Act, the Lieutenant-Governor
in Council is pleased to appoint the Director of Consumer and Financial Services, by virtue
of the position, as Registrar of Mortgage Brokers, effective immediately.
