Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Act, 1992
Under the authority of subsection 4(4) of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Act,
1992, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to name the following individuals
to the rank of Commissioned Officers to the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary,
effective immediately:
a) Inspector Stephanie Lagace to the position of Deputy Chief, Criminal Operations;
and
b) Inspector Colin McNeil to the rank of Deputy Chief, Patrol and Operations.
