Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Micheal

Noseworthy as Assistant Deputy Minister, Courts and Corporate Services, in the

Department of Justice and Public Safety, effective May 9, 2022, with salary at Step

25 on the 1936 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step

progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
