Fishing Industry Collective Bargaining Act
Under the authority of section 19.1 of the Fishing Industry Collective Bargaining Act
and in accordance with paragraph 9(2)(b) of the Independent Appointments
Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Dave
Lewis, as Member and Chairperson of the Standing Fish Price-Setting Panel, effective
immediately, to serve the remainder of a term ending January 9, 2023.
