Credit Union Act , 2009
Under the authority of section 86 of An Act to Amend the Credit Union Act, 2009, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the
signature of Her Honour the Lieutenant Governor to proclaim An Act to Amend the
Credit Union Act, 2009, SNL2020, Chapter 24, into force on the date of publication of
the proclamation in the Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette.
