Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation
and Infrastructure to pre-commit funds in the amount of $5,000,000 and $2,930,930
against its budgetary appropriations for fiscal 2022-23 and 2023-24, respectively, to
facilitate the award of a contract to Moss Development Corporation for construction
of the extension at the Labrador Corrections Facility.
