Under the authority of section 10 of the Transparency and Accountability Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council hereby provides approval for the Minister of

Tourism, Culture, Arts and Recreation to incorporate. Celebrate NL Inc., to support

plainned special celebrations and attract and develop major events across

Newfoundland and Labrador, in 2022 and beyond, as follows:

a) Celebrate NL Inc. be established under the authority of the Corporations Act, and

operate under the direction and control of the Minister of Tourism, Culture, Arts

and Recreation; and

b) A Celebrate NL Inc. fund be established to be used for the operational

expenditures and revenues of Celebrate NL Inc.
