Under the authority of paragraph 3(6)(b) of the Public Trustee Act, 2009, the Lieutenant-

Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Joseph Anthony as the Public Trustee, on an

acting basis, effective from a current date, at his current salary on the Solicitor Pay Plan,

with normal step progressions and general salary increases to apply, and with benefits to

include payment of annual practice fees in the Law Society of Newfoimdland and

Labrador.
