Under the authority of section 40 of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council

is pleased to authorize the Minister of Fisheries, Forestry and Agriculture to issue a

Crown lands grant for 3,650 square meters of land with a 44.6 meter frontage at Birchy

Lake, as defined in application #CL-158631, to Hayley Evoy, for the purpose of a

cottage, subject to standard terms and conditions placed on Crown lands grants.
