Under the authority of subsections 6(3) and 7(1) of the Independent

Appointments Commission Act, in accordance with section 4 and paragraph

9(2)(a) of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, and on resolution of

the House of Assembly, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to

reappoint and appoint the following persons to the Independent Appointments

Commission, each for a term of three years:

Reappointments:

a) Gerald Lloyd Anderson, effective June 25, 2022;

b) Peggy Bartlett, effective June 25, 2022;

Appointments:

c) Karen M. McCarthy, effective immediately;

d) William D. Mahoney, effective May 25,2022;

e) Brendan Mitchell; effective May 25, 2022; and,

f) Jamie Schwartz effective May 25, 2022.
