Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in

Council is pleased to establish the Churchill River Management Expert Panel in

accordance with Terms of Reference on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council,

effective immediately, with membership to include:

1) Karl Smith, as Chairperson;

2) Jim Feehan;

2) David Hay;

3) Dr. Linda Inkpen;

4) Heather M. Jacobs, Q.C.;

5) Jane Rowe;

6) David Vardy;

7) Jennifer Williams; and

8) Peter Woodward.

9) Rick Hendricks, as representative for the Innu Nation;

10) Rexanne Crawford, as representative for the Nunatsiavut Government; and

11) Dr. Nick Mercer, as representative for the NunatuKavut Community Council.
