Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of the Marble Mountain Development Corporation Bylaws, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council hereby:

a) appoints the following persons to the Board of Directors of the Marble Mountain

Development Corporation, for a three-year term, effective from a current date:

i) Thomas Mackey, as representative of the Town of Steady Brook;

ii) Heidi Staeben-Simmons, as representative of the City of Comer Brook;

iii) Deputy Minister of the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts and

Recreation, or designate, as a representative of the Government of

Newfoundland and Labrador; and

iv) Assistant Deputy Minister, Department of Finance, as a representative of

the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador; and

b) rescinds OC2017-130.
