Under the authority of section 11 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant-

Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Industry, Energy and

Technology, to enter into: a) Debtor-in-Possession financing agreements with

Bridging Finance Inc. (or an affiliate) in respect of Canada Fluorspar (NL) Inc. and

Canada Fluorspar Inc., for an amount not to exceed $3.25 million for an interest

bearing repayable contribution, substantially along the lines as on file with the Clerk

of the Executive Council; and b) amendment agreements provided there are no policy

or financial implications for the province.
