Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Tourism,
Culture, Arts and Recreation to pre-commit funds in the amount of $180,000 in 2022-
23, and $180,000 in 2023-24, against its budgetary appropriations, to facilitate the
signing of a Partnership Agreement with NASCAR.
