Under the authority of section 6 of the Labour Relations Act and in accordance with

section 4 of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the Lieutenant-

Governor in Council is pleased to appoint:

a) Gregory A. French, Q.C. as Chairperson of the Labour Relations Board, for a

five-year term, effective from a current date; and

b) Vivian Arenillas as Vice-Chairperson of the Labour Relations Board, for a five-year

term, effective from a current date.
