Centre for Health Information Act
Under the authority of subsection 13(1) of the Centre for Health Information Act,
2018 and in accordance with paragraph 9(2)(b) of the Independent Appointments
Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Alan
Doody as Chief Executive Officer for the Newfoundland and Labrador Centre for
Health Information, on an interim basis, after consultation with the Board of
Directors, effective immediately, in addition to his duties as Associate Deputy
Minister of the Department of Health and Community Services, with no change in
salary as a result of this additional assignment.
