Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of section 19 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council is pleased to authorize a remission in the amount of
$4,691,427.03 to the Nunatsiavut Government and the Nunatsiavut Government
Department of Health and Social Development respecting health and post-secondary
education taxes, interests and penalties for tax years 2006 to 2020, effective March
10,2022.
