Under the authority of subsection 4(2) of the Memorial University Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council hereby authorizes Memorial University to increase

the spending of money authorized in OC2020-039 from $2,929,682, including HST,

to a maximum of $3,819,377, including HST, for the alterations to repurpose the

Comer Brook Pulp and Paper Limited Human Resources Building to establish the

Centre for Research and Innovation.
