Under the authority of Loan and Guarantee Act, 1957, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance to continue loan guarantee support on behalf of the Fogo Island Co-operative Society Limited in the amount of $1,500,000, with the guarantee subject to terms and conditions acceptable to the Minister of Finance.
