Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Leigh Puddester as Deputy Minister of Procurement, effective February 11, 2013, at a salary of $173,373, with a 4% increase on September 21, 2013, and a further 4% increase on September 21, 2014 and with general salary increases applicable to executive to apply; and in the event of termination without cause, Mr. Puddester to be entitled to payment of 12 months salary in lieu of notice.  (Revised on January 26, 2015) (Revoked by OC2016-165)
