Under the authority of section 19.1 of the Fishing Industry Collective Bargaining Act

and in accordance with section 22 of the Public Service Commission Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals to the

Standing Fish Price Setting Panel, for a one-year term, effective immediately:

a) Earle McCurdy, as a Regular Member;

b) Brendan Condon, as an Alternate Member; and

c) Michael Dewling, as an Alternate Member.
