Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of subsection 672.38 and 672.4 of the Criminal Code of Canada and

in accordance with section 22 of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-

Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals to the Criminal

Code Mental Disorder Review Board, effective from a current date:

1) Dr. Erin L. O’Keefe, M.D., psychiatrist;

2) Ms. Kerri-Lynn Hayley, psychologist;

3) Dr. Michelle E. Sullivan, Ph.D., social worker; and,

4) Judge Catherine A. Allen-Westby.
