Under the authority of section 40 of the Lands Act, the Minister of Fisheries, Forestry

and Agriculture is authorized to issue to Ms. Hilary Frances Spinney and Mr. Craig

Fitzgerald Spinney two separate Crown lands grants for 4,050 square metres each, for a

total of 8,100 square metres with a standard 45 metre frontage at Millers Waters, as

defined in applications #C-147570 and #C-147571; each for the purpose of a cottage

and subject to the standard terms and conditions placed on such grants.
