Under the authority of section 40 of the Lands Act, the Minister of Fisheries, Forestry

and Agriculture is authorized to issue to Ms. Leah Madore and Mr. Arsene Bennett a

Crown lands grant for 3,960 square metres with a 46 metre frontage at Thirty Fifth

Brook as defined in application #CL-138066; for the purpose of a cottage and subject to

standard terms and conditions placed on such grants.
