Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act
Under the authority of section 126(3)(c) of the Workplace Health, Safety and
Compensation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to extend the time
before which the 2019 Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Statutory Review
Committee shall report or make its recommendations to the Lieutenant-Governor in
Council, to June 30,2021.
