Under the authority of subsection 3(1) of the Municipalities Act, 1999 and upon the
recommendation of the Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs, the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council is pleased to make the Order entitled “Town of North River Order,
2021”, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
