Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation

and Infrastructure to permanently close that section of an abandoned provincial road

reservation and segment of old Route 91 in Colinet (approximately 198 square metres),

as described in documents on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, and to forever

transfer administration and control of the subject lands to the Minister of Fisheries,

Forestry and Agriculture.
