Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Executive
Council to pre-commit funds up to $8,750,000 USD in 2022-23, against its budgetary
appropriations, to facilitate the award of a contract to Rothschild & Co US Inc.
