Hydro Corporation Act, 2007
Under the authority of subsection 25(2) of the Hydro Corporation Act, 2007, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council hereby maintains the level of short-term borrowings
permitted by Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro at $500 million, effective to March
31,2023.
