Municipalities Act. 1999
Under the authority of section 261 of the Municipalities Act, 1999, the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council is pleased to:
a) provide that a municipal election of a new council for the Town of Colinet be
held on a Tuesday which falls within 42 days from the date of the Order in
Council; and
b) revoke the appointment of the Administrator for the Town of Colinet, effective
on the swearing in or affirming into office of a quorum of elected councillors for
the Town of Colinet.
