Provincial Court Act, 1991
Under the authority of paragraph 16(2)(c) of the Provincial Court Act, 1991, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the Judge Mark Linehan,
President of the Provincial Court Judges’ Association, to the Judicial Council of
the Provincial Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, for the duration of his term
as President, effective immediately.
