Off-Road Vehicles Act
Under the authority of section 53 of An Act Respecting Off-Road Vehicles, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for
the signature of Her Honour the Lieutenant Governor to proclaim into force An Act
Respecting Off-Road Vehicles, with the exception of subsections 5(3), 7(3), and 22(4)
and paragraphs 5(4)(b), 12(2)(a), 22(l)(b), 23(b), and 24(a), on May 19,2022.
