Endangered Species Act
Under the authority of sections 7 and 44 of the Endangered Species Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to make regulations entitled “Endangered
Species List Regulations (Amendment)”, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of
the Executive Council.
