Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Act, 1992
Under the authority of subsection 4(4) of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Act,
1992, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to name the following individuals
to the rank of Commissioner Officer to the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary:
a) Staff Sergeant David White to the rank of Inspector;
b) Sergeant Tammy Madden to the rank of Inspector; and,
c) Staff Sergeant Kent Kelly to the rank of Inspector.
