Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Tara Kelly as
Assistant Deputy Minister, Environment, in the Department of Environment and
Climate Change, effective April 4, 2022, at her current salary and point scale on the
Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary
increases applicable to Executive to apply.
