Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Sharlene Jones
as Assistant Deputy Minister, Employment and Labour Market Development, in the
Department of Immigration, Population Growth and Skills, effective April 4, 2022,
with salary at step 16 on the 1500 point scale of the Executive Compensation Plan,
and with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to
Executive to apply.
