Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Dr. Megan

Hayes as Assistant Deputy Minister, Health Professional Recruitment and Retention,

in the Department of Health and Community Services, effective May 23, 2022, with

salary at Step 3 on the salary scale for Administrative Physician positions and in

accordance with terms and conditions on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council,

with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to

Administrative Physician positions to apply.
