Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint
Tanya Noseworthy as Assistant Deputy Minister, Post-Secondary Education, in the
Department of Education, effective April 26, 2022, at her current salary and point
scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general
salary increases applicable to Executive to apply. (Revoked by OC2025-337)
