Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to confirm the appointment of John McGrath as Assistant Deputy Minister, Corporate Services, in the Department of Health and Community Services, effective immediately, at his current salary and point scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
