Prisons Act
Under the authority of section 3 of the Prisons Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in
Council is pleased to appoint Daniel Chafe as the Superintendentof Her Majesty’s
Penitentiary, on a permanent basis, effective immediately, at his current salary, with
general salary increases to apply.
