Prisons Act
Under the authority of section 3 of the Prisons Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in
Council is pleased to appoint Fred Cumby as the Assistant Superintendent of Her
Majesty’s Penitentiary, on a permanent basis, effective February 2,2022, with salary
at step 25 of the HL-28 scale, and with general salary increases to apply.
