Independent Appointments Commission Act
Under the authority of subsections 6(3) and 7(1) and paragraph 9(2)(a) of the
Independent Appointments Commission Act and on resolution of the House of
Assembly, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to reappoint as Members of
the Independent Appointments Commission, each for a term of three years,
a) Cathy Duke, and
b) Earl Ludlow.
