Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Pat Parfrey

Deputy Minister, Health Transformation, in the Office of the Executive Council,

effective June 6,2022, with salary at Step 25 on the 2228 Point Scale of the Executive

Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases

applicable to Executive to apply, and in accordance with the terms and conditions

file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
