Regional Health Authorities Act
Under the authority of subsection 14(1) of the Regional Health Authorities Act and in
accordance with paragraph 9(2)(b) of the Independent Appointments Commission
Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Kenneth William
Baird as Chief Executive Officer of the Eastern Regional Health Authority, on an
interim basis, for a one-year term, subject to terms and conditions of employment on
file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
