Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Sean Dutton as
Deputy Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs, on an acting basis, effective
June 1,2022, in addition to his duties as Deputy Minister of Digital Government and
Service Newfoundland and Labrador, with no change in salary as a result of this
additional assignment. (revoked by OC2022-222)
