Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Yvonne Scott
as Assistant Deputy Minister, Labour, in the Department of Environment and Climate
Change, effective immediately, with salary at Step 17 on the 1450 Point Scale on the
Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary
increases applicable to Executive to apply
