Under the authority of subsection 357(2) of the Corporations Act, the Lieutenant-

Governor in Council is pleased to convey 56m² of land, located at 426 Main Road,

Goulds, as described in documents on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to

72073 Newfoundland & Labrador Limited, for the amount of $3,600, in a form to be

approved by the Department of Justice and Public Safety and on conditions that the

Attorney General may determine.
