Under the authority of section 28 of the Hydro Corporation Act, 2007, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador to advance Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro with long-term funding of up to $300 million, on such terms and conditions as to form, rate of interest, and terms to maturity as the Minister of Finance, as the agent of Government, may determine on a cost recovery basis.
