Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 30 of the Labour Standards Act, the Lieutenant-Governor

in Council hereby approves the Minister Responsible for Labour to appoint the

following persons to the Minimum Wage Review Committee, effective immediately:

1) Lori Anne Companion, Independent Chairperson;

2) Edwina Bateman, Employer Representative;

3) David Burke, Employee Representative; and

4) Mark Nichols, Employee Representative.
