Executive Council Act and Petroleum and Natural Gas Act
Under the authority of sections 11 and 12 of the Executive Council Act and section
33 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is
pleased to authorize the Minister of Industry, Energy and Technology or designate, to
execute and deliver the ‘White Rose Project Fiscal Agreement” with Cenovus Energy,
Suncor Energy, and Nalcor Energy - Oil and Gas Inc., substantially along the lines as
on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
